How to Order Custom Photo Etched Plate?

1. Send us viaemail file(s) with picture(s) with attached measurements and number of units required. Please also mention the unit of measures i.e. mm or cm or perhaps inches! 

You can use attached drawing as a reference. We can read most of commonly usedgraphics formats i.e. JPG, GIF, BMP, EPS, TIFF etc.

We willgladly also receive files prepared in PhotoShop, CorelDraw, and AutoCAD. Shouldthis be the case then designing process will be shorter.

Should you not have required software you can also send simply pictures of for instance ships’ letters, logos etc. or partial scan of the documentation you are working with. We will do our best to make nice designs out of them:

  

2. Withprovided materials we will design the layout of the plate making sure to useleast possible space on the plate to fit all elements and characters. We willsend you back the proposed layout in PDF format so you can print it out in realdimensions to make sure all fits your model exactly as you need. At that pointof time we will know exactly how much material will be needed to etch theplate.

3. Uponreceiving your confirmation we will proceed with the foil preparations andfinal photo-etching using material of your choice i.e. brass or copper orbronze with thicknesses between 0.1mm - 2.0mm.

4. Finally we will pack into nice and neat protective envelope and ship to your address with registered mail. Upon request we can ship the plate using other mail providers or courier services.
